Attorneys
Jacob M. Gehron was born and raised in Charlotte and graduated from Myers Park High School in 1997. Jake attended the University of Tennessee where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2001.
Prior to attending law school, Jake worked as an Investment Specialist with Banc of America Investment Services, Inc., opening and managing accounts as well as trading stocks, bonds and mutual funds. Jake went on to attend Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. During law school, Jake gained legal experience by working for Mecklenburg County District and Superior Court Judges and by clerking with Wells Daisley Rabon, P.A. While finishing at Campbell, Jake interned at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and with the North Carolina General Assembly. Jake received the degree of Juris Doctor from Campbell in 2008.
After returning to Charlotte and passing the North Carolina bar exam, Jake joined the law firm of Erwin and Eleazer, P.A. where he has focused his practice on construction law and real estate litigation issues.
Jake is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Subcontractors Association of the Carolinas, and the Young Lawyers Section of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Jake spends his free time with his wife Peyton, their family and friends, and he enjoys watching and participating in sports.
